staying here was a pleasant experience as I loved that it was just a short walk to Vineyard Grove Park, a beautiful place to relax, and Utah Lake Public Access Point, which offers stunning views and lovely walking paths around the lake, making it ideal for weekend explorations.

My stay was utterly frustrating due to the service. The breakfast options completely ran out before I even got there, leaving me and other guests disappointed. I tried to raise concerns with the staff, but they seemed overwhelmed and unable to assist effectively. It felt like the policies and management were not on the same page, impacting customer satisfaction in a noticeable way.

I stayed one night and the King Room with Two King Beds was nice and spacious. The AC didn't warm the room up enough, but the overall vibe was cozy. Staff were polite, and the breakfast was a bonus in the morning. It’s close to Provo Canyon, which is a plus! 😊

The red meat at local joints was a true culinary delight! Plus, the room was clean and the workout space was on point. Those two TVs in the room were a game changer for family movie night.

While the fridge had a mystery spill and the shower was a bit grimy, we made it work—just wish breakfast had more fruit loops for the kiddos!

Had a king room with a pull-out couch which was nice for our child. The room's design felt modern and the lobby had a pleasant business vibe. Breakfast had some hot options which I appreciated. Cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy, but I found the outdoor noise to be quite bothersome. The room had double windows, yet I was still aware of the traffic outside. On another note, the pool temperature was a letdown. I expected it warmer than it actually was. When I asked about the pool temp, I was told it was 87 but felt much cooler. Additionally, breakfast supplies were frequently running low. One morning I arrived just before 9, and many items were already finished. It's great that the hotel offered free breakfast, but reliability needs to improve.

The staff really went above and beyond, even giving my family a personal note with warm wishes! ! The breakfast selection was enjoyable, and they had a well-equipped exercise room that my kids loved!
